Terms and Conditions

ONLINE TOUR BOOKING:

1. The price is valid for direct booking only, by online form, Whatsapp or phone. Price Not valid if you book through the third person or book in location.
2. After you have completed your order, we will send a confirmation if the space are available or not. If space still available in accordance with the date you requested, we will send a confirmation email and your order has been completed, but if the space is not available we will suggest to nearest date.
3. 24 hours or earlier before your scheduled trip. Bali River Rafting Tours requires a final re-confirmation of booking. (apply for pay on the day customers)

PAYMENT:

1. You can Book now and pay latter in the rafting location, or just 30% deposit for group booking > 7 persons. We accept Payment via cash, bank transfer, online credit card and paypal. (verivied paypal account).
2. For booking that will come with your own transport is required a deposit 30% as guarantee.
3. Deposit that has been made is not refundable.
4. Online Payment with Credit Card by Visa or Master is the simplest and quickest way to settle your bill. We will send you a link which will direct you to online form where you will have to fill in your credit card details. 
5. Payment should be made to our account in full ammount. Any bank charges incurred must be absorbed by the remiter.
6. All transactions using credit card will be charged 3% bank fee

CANCELATION POLICY:

1. Bali River Rafting reserve the right to cancel the tour due to water or weather conditions. If we have to cancel a tour due to such circumstances, you will receive a full refund or the tour moved to another day.
2. All bookings canceled within 24 hours prior booking time will be charged 50% cancelation fees (for group under 10 people).
3. Cancellation 48 hours prior to the trip date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee (for group above 10 people)
4. You will not get refund if:
   • If you cancel on the day of activity
   • If you miss the tour departure (e.g. you do not turn up, sleeping late, unexpected illness or injury, etc)

SCHEDULE CHANGES:

1. Changing schedules is allowed no later than a day prior the trip (depends on availability).
2. Reschedule (new date) allowed no more than 30 days from original booking date
3. We are cannot be held responsible for changes to tour schedule for reasons beyond our control. (i.e. weather, road blockage, ceremonies, or other unforeseen circumstances).

AGE GROUPS:

1. Child : Between 7 - 12 years.
2. Adult : Between 13 - 65 years.
