The rafting experience was awesome! Our guide was great fun and the surroundings are so beautiful! It was not as wild as we thought it would be, but it was a really good use of a couple of hours none the less. Out driver on the other hand was not very amazing. On the trip to the rafting place he tried to convince us that it would be better to do something other than go back to the hotel afterwards because of the trafic, and when we finally were done with the rafting he had gone without us, so they had to find us another driver. Absolutely phenomenal. My partner had to convince me to go as I was a bit scared at first but ended up in absolute awe! Our guide was amazing, very funny and made the experience even better. The scenery was breath taking and an experience I will remember for a long time. Food was beautiful as well, and our driver Ketut was perfect. So much fun rafting! Pretty calm river, not many dropp outs but suitable for beginners. Felt safe with guide although he was shouting on us a bit. Had a pick up in Canggu, took almost 3h to drive to the river, unfortunately no air in the car. Not that many others on the river, made it more special and soo beautiful sutroundings! This was an outstanding and amazing adventure. I felt safe the entire time with Made, who was as relaxed and expert as can be. The natural river canyon is stunningly beautiful from start to finish, the rapids on this route were easy yet still so much fun (and very, very wet!!!) I'd do this again in a heartbeat! The company was amazing! They responded to my emails promptly, and their pickup service was on time and excellent. The equipment and food was also top quality. Our only issue was with our rafting guide in the second half. He was very loud and annoying, and constantly hassling us for tips. He maybe asked us twenty separate times.
